DESCRIPTION:¿DE QUÉ TRATA “Concierto Adrian Cunningham Quartet”?\n  \nSaxofonista\, clarinetista y cantante\, el australiano Adrian Cunningham reivindica la vigencia de las escuelas más clásicas del jazz. Está considerado como uno de los mejores multiinstrumentistas del jazz actual. \nCunningham fue reconocido por Hot House Jazz Magazine en 2017 como “mejor saxofonista”\, y su banda\, Professor Cunningham and His Old School\, resultó ganadora del voto de la audiencia en los Swing Music Awards en tres ediciones\, de 2015 a 2017. \nDe 2014 a 2017 Adrian fue el líder de la sección de saxofón de Vince Giordano and the Nighthawks\, una orquesta neoyorquina de swing responsable de las bandas sonoras de la serie estadounidense Boardwalk Empire y películas como El aviador\, entre otras. \nHa realizado giras por Europa\, Estados Unidos y Japón\, además de recibir varios galardones. También ha actuado en los mejores clubs de la ciudad de los rascacielos y en festivales como el de Montreux\, Blue Note Jazz Festiva (NYC)\, Melbourne International Jazz Festival (Australia)\, Sopot Molo Jazz Festival (Polonia)\, Snowball (Estocolmo)\, SLOX (California) o CPH:LX (Copenhague). \nHa grabado una docena de discos y trabajado junto a estrellas de la talla de Wycliffe Gordon\, Jeff Hamilton o el mismísimo Wynton Marsalis.
